The Premise
1.01^365
Day 1Day 365
- What
- One percent better than yesterday. Seven disciplines, a minute to log, 365 days.
- Why
- The focus should only be on today. The gift you get and only get to spend once. Lived intentionally and spent on daily practices that compound results.
- How
- The curve is flat for months before it is steep. A notebook loses those months. OPC keeps them as 365 dots, filled by what you kept. The flat part is visible while it is happening.
Everyone gets the same twenty-four hours. The difference is what you stack into them.

The Day

SleepWins
- What
- Even the smallest decisions in moments can change the entire outcome of the day. Repeated over time can lead to massive results.
- Why
- Most days vanish because nothing recorded them. A day on the seven leaves something you can open a year later.
- How
- Seven habits that are designed to encourage you to spend the hours in a day productively and help you take advantage of the day rather than let it become another random day in the past.
The day is shaped by its start. The start is shaped by your sleep.
( 04 )
Wake
Time asleep
9:00 PM
Slept 10:51 PM
- What
- Go to bed at the right time and wake up before 8am. Block the apps that distract you during those hours. How you sleep is how you start the day.
- Why
- How you sleep decides how the next day goes. Most bad mornings are made the night before, on a phone. Protecting the night is what protects the day after it.
- How
- Log when you go to bed and when you get up. OPC works out the night from both ends. Pick the apps that keep you up and the block holds from evening until you lift it.
Spend the first hour off your phone. Block the apps that distract you.
( 05 )
The Block
Time left
Starts 6:41 AM · 1H 00M
- What
- The first hour after you wake up, spent off your phone. You choose which apps are shut. Everything else works as normal.
- Why
- The first hour sets how the rest of the day runs. Handed to a feed it is gone, and it does not come back. It is the easiest hour to lose and the cheapest one to protect.
- How
- You pick the apps and the length of the block. iOS enforces it, so it holds even when OPC is closed.
Get an hour of movement every day. Cardio, strength, mobility, or sport.

Session

Of 10,000
- What
- One session a day. Cardio, strength, mobility, or sport. The standard is an hour, and the record keeps the minutes you actually did.
- Why
- Your body sets the ceiling on everything else in the day: what the focus hour is worth, how the night goes. Doing it every day matters more than doing it hard.
- How
- Pick the kind of session and log the minutes. Steps are counted for you from the phone in your pocket.
Take a photo as undeniable proof. Style it with filters and overlays.
( 07 )
Proof
01 / 07
Stored on your device
- What
- One photograph a day, stamped with the date and what you completed.
- Why
- Looking back on a year, memory flatters you. A dated photograph does not. It is the difference between thinking you showed up and knowing.
- How
- Shot in the app and stamped with the date and the day's seven. Overlays print the day's own numbers onto the picture.
Give one goal an hour. One small step at a time.

- What
- An hour a day on one goal. Three goals at most. A goal is a title with the steps written under it, and each sitting moves one step.
- Why
- Work that matters needs depth, not a longer list. Three is a limit, not a target. Adding a fourth goal is how the first three stop moving.
- How
- A clock that counts up rather than down, against the goal you picked. Your apps stay blocked while it runs.
Read ten pages a day. Expand your mind with another perspective.

Reading
The Power Broker · Robert A. Caro
174 / 320 · 146 left
- What
- Ten pages a day from whatever book you are in. One book at a time. Put a book down and the pages you read still count.
- Why
- Ten pages is small enough to do at the end of a bad day. It comes to 3,650 pages in a year, about a dozen books you would not have finished by intending to.
- How
- Log the pages as you read them. Finish a book and it joins your year's list with the date you closed it.
Eat clean. Stay hydrated. Premium performance requires quality fuel.

- What
- One word for how you ate. A count for what you drank. No calories, no macros, no photographs of food.
- Why
- Food is the input the other six run on. It decides what the movement hour feels like, what the focus hour is worth, and how you sleep. Counting grams is a second job. One honest word is not.
- How
- Declare the day in one word: clean, okay, or off plan. Water is counted toward sixty-four ounces as you drink it.
An honest reflection on your day builds trust with yourself.

Tap to speak
- What
- Two minutes before bed. Rate the day out of ten and write down what actually happened.
- Why
- A day you never look back on teaches you nothing. The rating makes a run of days readable at a glance. The writing is where you find out what the rating was about.
- How
- Rate it one to ten, then type the entry or speak it. Dictation runs on your device. Every entry is kept on its own day, and any day opens from the year.
Build a timeline of your life. A photo a day visualizes your moments.
( 12 )
The Timeline
Day 213
- What
- Every day you kept, in order, with the photograph you took on it. Yours to scroll back through.
- Why
- Photographs scatter across a camera roll and a year turns into a blur. These are the same pictures in the only order that means anything: the order they happened in.
- How
- One photo a day, dated and stamped. Kept for as long as your account exists, whether or not the membership is active.
Every day you complete any of these seven, you’re stacking proof of progress.

- What
- Seven habits that cover a whole day. How it starts, what gets your attention, what goes in, and how it ends.
- Why
- Seven is enough to cover a day and few enough to remember. Choosing which ones to keep is the first thing that slips, so the choice is not offered.
- How
- Do four of the seven and the day is recorded as four. Nothing is scored, nothing is deducted, and nothing resets.
Three hundred and sixty-five days. You only get to spend them once.
( 14 )
The Year
2026
252 kept
- What
- One dot for every day of the year, filled by what you kept. 365 of them, and no more.
- Why
- A year is an abstraction until you can see it spent. The dots behind you are what you did with it. The ones ahead are all you have left.
- How
- Move across the year and open any day: the seven, the readings, and what that day took.
Your seven, read back.
