By downloading or using One Percent Club, you agree to these Terms of Service.

One Percent Club requires a paid subscription to access all features. We offer monthly and annual plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least twenty-four hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings. Founding member pricing is locked in for the duration of your active subscription.

We offer a seven-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. All App Store purchases are processed and adjudicated by Apple, so requests are made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; where Apple declines a request made within seven days of purchase, contact support@one-percent-club.app and we will honour the guarantee directly. Cancelling at any time stops the next renewal, and your record is retained rather than deleted.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer the app, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

All content, design, and code within One Percent Club is owned by One Percent Club. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without permission.

One Percent Club is a habit tracking tool and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Percent Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
