Privacy Policy

One Percent Club (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the One Percent Club iOS application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account and using the service. This includes your email address and display name; daily habit completion data across the seven habit categories; Focus session duration, timing, and check-in notes; wake time and target alarm time; exercise data including category, duration, and step count; reading data including the books you add and pages read; diet data including water intake and your daily food declaration; the goals you create along with their milestones and progress; daily reflection text, day rating, biggest win, and friction notes; and your device push notification token.

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the habit tracking service, to generate AI-powered goal milestones and daily prompts using your goal context, to send personalised push notifications such as your morning alarm and evening reflection reminder, to process and manage your subscription, to display your progress and statistics within the app, and to improve the service over time.

We share data with the following third parties to operate the service. Supabase provides our database storage and user authentication (supabase.com). RevenueCat handles subscription management and payment processing (revenuecat.com). Anthropic powers AI generation of goal milestones and daily prompts (anthropic.com). We minimize personally identifiable information in AI requests and do not send your name or email to AI providers. Only goal context and anonymised habit data is included. Apple processes App Store payments and delivers Apple Push Notifications (apple.com). Expo provides our push notification delivery infrastructure (expo.dev).

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all of your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within thirty days. Account deletion is available directly within the app under Profile → Delete Account.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to delete your account and all associated data at any time via the app, and to contact us to request a copy of your data or to ask questions about how it is used. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@one-percent-club.app.

One Percent Club is not directed at children under the age of thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is one hundred percent secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
